About Cottage Capital
Dan Mackell is the CEO of Cottage Capital, LLC He was most recently, Managing Director responsible for Direct Principal Finance & Origination of transactions at Marathon Asset Management. Mr. Mackell joined Marathon in 2004, having spent most of his career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as an Investment Banker in the Corporate Finance Department and was Head of the Building Products Group advising companies on M&A transactions, capital market financing transactions, and numerous restructurings. He earned a BA degree in Economics from Georgetown University, a Masters Degree in Economics from New York University, and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (1987).
Carlos Ingles (CTP/MBA) is an Operating Partner of Cottage. He has been President/CEO of a number of different companies including Celador Partners, and a PE professional at a number of leading PE firms. He has a BA from Harvard and a MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth. See CV
Thomas Schwartz, is an Analyst at Cottage. Tom is originally from Eastern PA, is a Sgt (ret.) from The US Marine Corp (2007-12) and graduated with a BA degree in Economics.
